Your e-mail that we receive within 5p.m. of our business days, we will reply your inquiry within the same day. Except Sat, Sun, and holidays or our office closed day. After receive our reply, please check your details, in case that mistake is found, please let us inform immediately. We will let you inform booking code of Galileo and Amedeus when we reply to you, you may also be able to check your details through these system. It may not be able to make correction after issuance, or some case, some airlines may charge correction fee.
All price are Thai baht. All price are exclusive of airport tax, fuel charge, insurance tax and so on. TAX is subject to change exchange rate every Wednesday. Therefore if you receive invoice from us on Thuesday, then issue your ticket on Wednesday, tax may be not the same. However that, if tax is lower than invoice, we will not refund but if tax is hight than invoice we will also not ask additonal. Sometimes, booking class, ticket price, ticket condition, flight schedule are subject to change by the airline. Flight schedule may also be changed after issuance, so we recomend to check your booking status before departure here. Booking class, fare may be changed irregularly however, we are unable to inform to all passanger. We will inform on our website, bulletin, mail magazine. Please also check the latest price and booking class on our website.
Final price will be applied the price that is the time of issuance, not the time of reservation. In case that there will be some difference price between invoice and web-site by our mistake, we will ask additional before issuance. But if we mistake to inform on web-site, we shall take all responsibility and we will not ask additonal to customer. After issuance, in case promotional price is announced, we are unalbe to adjsut promotional price.
Suddely change by the airlines such as change booking class, change price, change the dead line, or any airline mistake, any change of conditon, that will cause your ticket can not be issued. However that, we will try to follow us as much as we can. We shall take no responsibility all matteres mentionded as above. System error of reservation sytem sometimes casue to be in trouble, we shall take no responsibility in case of that.
In case that you complete payment, ticket can not be issued by our mistake, we shall take responsibility as much as we can. We also inform ticket almost the same condition such as the same departure date, the same destination, the same service class, and so on. However additonal charge will be occured, we will not ask to customer, but if ticket will cause to be cheaper than you booked, we will ajdust the same price.
In case un-receival reply due to the reason of mail server error or mail soft error, then there will be in trouble, we shall take no responsibility. AOL, HOTMAIL, YAHOO soft will approtion to jank mail box or will cause undelivere, sometimes. We will reply all massages which we receive within 5pm on your business day, however that in case you do not receive our reply, please kindly ask us again.
Your e-ticket receit will indicate ticket conditions. Or in case you have any question regarding to the ticket, please ask and make it clarly before issuance. After issuance, we shall take no claim about this.

In case that you would like to issue open-segments on return with no-direct flight, if you don't let us inform that you would like to stop-over at via-point, we will issue non-stop (means non-stop-over). There will some diffrence between stop-over and non-stop-over, such as airport tax and stop-over charge and so on.
However your reservation has not been confirmed, airline will set the dead line. In case that airline will set dead line during our closed hours, that may cause to be cancelled your reserbvaiton. We recommend that you may issue your ticket as soon as possible. If there is some seat left, we can also issue your ticket the same day as departure day. Some airlines will set limitation of issuance.
We shall take no responsibility regarding your travel documents such as expiry of passport, visa, re-confirm bookin on reture. Please check all by yourself.
In case passanger requests upgrade or accumulate miles, please check all details by yourself. We shall take no responsibility all matter as mentioned. We also inform your reservation details such as reservation number after booked through e-mail.
Booking made not our system such as by your own system, or by the airline system can be issued. But some of them can not be issued. In case your reservation can be issued, your reservation will not linked to our system, therefore passanger should take all responsibility by yourself.
Airline systme and our system (galileo and amadeus) sometimes is not liked completely threfore sometime link-down will be occurred. By the reason of them, reservation is not made completely. For the past, AI and MS announced of that trouble. We shall take no responsibility in case link-down cause no-reservation. You may also check flight details such as departure date, flight number, your name to the airline directly whether your reservation is made completelty or not.
