HOW TO USE THIS SERVICE

(1)Before making a reservation, please refere hotel price of each area. As a generally, these price is room for two adult, and inclusive of TAX and service charge. Some hotel has price for single use. Please ask for further information.

After making a reservation, we will reply through e-mail. We may also accept booking just before check-in, depends on room availability.

*Application form

In case that you do not have confirmation receival mail, it may be error or e-mail defference. Please make a reservation again or ask e-mail address below.

(2)Payment due date is 7 days before check-in. If less than 7 days before check-in, payment must be done when time of making a reservation.

(3) Once reservation is confirmed, we will send invoice to you, please refer HOW TO PAY, and be informed us your prefferefd payment.

(4)After confirmed your payment, we will send Hotel coupon by PDF file thorugh e-mail. After received, please print it out then hand it in when check-in.

(5)As a generally rules, your hotel coupon is not refunded in case your check in date is less than 7 days after payment. In case your check-in date more than 8 days before check-in, we will charge 500B for cancellation.
Some of hotel, some of period, cancellation period is more than 8 days before check-in, please ask us when booking.Refund is based on Thai baht however, please refer HOW TO REFUND.

(6)We will not accept only room availavility only.
By market research, we will ran toward to the best reasonable agent in Thai. Therefore we will change price as occasion demands.If another agent cheaper than us, we will try to adjust the same price as we can.
